It’s a beautiful haven in the midst of the bustling Ubud centre. The hotel is beautiful and definitely wows you as you go in. We ate dinner a few times and it was brilliant as were the drinks and breakfast was always great. The rooms were super comfortable but the best thing about this hotel is the staff. The staff are incredible. So warm, welcoming and helpful. Dewi at reception was always welcoming and always remembered us and she was so helpful in sorting out our safe when I locked myself out and any time we asked anything of her, it was done in seconds. All the staff are a credit to the hotel. The best thing for me though was that I celebrated my 40th birthday on our first full day on Bali. When we finished breakfast the staff came out with cake and sang for me. It was so unexpected and so heartwarming it literally made my day. When we came back to the room after a day of sightseeing the room had been decked out for my birthday and it was so beautiful. I will always be thankful for how they went above and beyond for us and I will be recommending Anumana Ubud to anyone I know headed to Bali. Thank you all for making our holiday super special.

everything was great. Lovely to have a freshly cooked breakfast every morning. Staff friendly. Pool great. Location the best. Close to everything. Lots of bars live music to listen to and spoilt with the number of spas around. Shopping good as well. We were on third floor which gave us a lovely view towards the hills and watching the monkeys from the monkey forest make their way across the roofs . Beware though of the monkeys as they are quite used to people. Early one morning I left our verandah door open to let the morning air in and a monkey came in...The hotel warns you about the monkeys. If you don't get up til later you possibly won't see them at the hotel. But the hotel is right next door to the monkey forest so the monkeys are everywhere in Ubud.

This was my third time staying here and it just keeps getting better. One aspect that is a real standout is the staff - they are all so friendly (and address you by your first name), helpful and really strive to provide the best service. This is a real credit to the team. It is great to see a growing commitment to sustainable practices , such as the use of refillable shampoo containers, glass bottles of water. I stayed for 5 nights and ate at the restaurant 4 of those nights and enjoyed each meal. There was good selection on the breakfast menu as well. This time I stayed in the room that had the plunge pool which I would book again.

Annette

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The pool was great. We had a family room with connected rooms and were pleased with the cleanliness and standard of the room. The breakfast menu was delicious and had a nice variety. We ordered from the pool menu most days and it was affordable and tasty. Being able to order desert to the room didn’t hurt either. The location was perfect. We could walk to many shops and the monkey forest. It was also a good base for to see the sights around Ubud such as the Mason elephant sanctuary, rice terraces, Elephant Cave etc. It is a busy little area but for good reason. We loved our time at Anumana.

Rebecca

We only stayed here for two nights but really enjoyed our stay. The monkeys come into the hotel and jump around the trees and balconies. Just don't leave anything valuable out. Breakfast had loads of choice and very nice. Pool area was lovely and clean. Room was lovely and the slippers and robes were a bonus The location was perfect, few minutes walk to the monkey forest and plenty of places to eat close by. Few minutes bike ride to ubud Palace and art market.
